Ashley grew up in Melcher-Dallas, Iowa. Ashley graduated with honors from Melcher-Dallas High School. Ashley received her Legal Assistant Certificate from the Court Reporting Institute. She now resides in Lacona, Iowa with her 3 children.

Ashley originally began working for Ellis Law Offices, P.C. in 2016. She took on many roles in her six years, such as Legal Assistant, Paralegal and the Office Manager. In September 2025, she returned to Ellis Law Offices, P.C. as a Paralegal. She assists with family law, criminal and OWI cases, and real estate transactions.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family on the farm, being outdoors, and supporting her kids in all their activities. She enjoys playing recreational slow pitch softball and volleyball.
