Sophie grew up in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. She earned her Associates Degree from Harper Community College in 2021. In 2023 she graduated from Illinois State University, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor Degree in Legal Studies. While at Illinois State, she was a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society, maintained the Dean’s List for 4 consecutive semesters, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 overall GPA. She also spent her senior year interning at a JP Law Office where she assisted with criminal, OWI, and family law cases. 

In addition, she also was involved with the expungement clinic at Prairie State Legal Services in Bloomington, Illinois. 

Sophie began working at Ellis Law Offices, P.C. in 2023. She primarily assists with handling divorce and custody cases, criminal, and OWI cases.
